High performance tilted intensive mixer:the mixing pan tilted at a specific angle conveys the material upward during rotation. When the material reaches a certain height, it falls downward due to gravity, forming coarse mixing of the material through horizontal and vertical movements. During material mixing, the rotational speeds of the rotating barrel and high-speed rotor can be preset according to process requirements; the rotating mixing pan and high-speed rotor generally rotate in opposite directions to enable the most intense mixing motion of the material in the mixer. However, to meet the special process requirements of certain materials, the mixing pan and high-speed rotor can also be set to rotate in the same direction; under the combined action of the high-speed rotor, rotating mixing pan, and multi-function scraper, the material achieves optimal mixing uniformity in the shortest possible time.
