The Intensive mixer mixing system can effectively process residual materials, such as dust and sludge, generated by sintering equipment, blast furnaces, foundry workshops, oxygen top-blowing converters, and electric arc furnaces.

The prepared materials are blended and mixed according to a certain proportion and then rolled into raw pellets of a certain size on the granulator. Subsequently, drying, calcination, or other methods are employed to induce a series of physical changes that harden and consolidate the pellets. This process is referred to as the pelletizing process, and the product is known as pellets. The mixture of concentrate powder and flux is rolled into raw pellets in the Pellet mixer, then dried, calcined, consolidated, and shaped into iron-bearing raw materials with good metallurgical properties, which are supplied for steel smelting needs.
