The planetary concrete mixer is a forced mixing equipment that mixes materials by simultaneously rotating and revolving the mixing arm. It mixes more evenly and efficiently, making it particularly suitable for the production of high-quality concrete and prefabricated components
The planetary mixer ranged from MP330 and MP750 is pneumatic discharging for standard configuration, while MP1000 and above are hydraulic discharging! The mixer can open 1-2 discharging doors, maximum 3 discharging doors are available (option).

Planetary mixer Gearing System
The gearing system is the guarantee for the steady and efficient running of the mixer, which is designed by ourselves and got nation patent. It is driven by hard helical gear, and the planetary movement is achieved by one gearbox. The system has the advantage of compact structure, high security coefficient, good heat dissipation, less energy consumption and no need extra lubricating system.
The structure is separate groups, easy for assembly, dissembling, maintenance and adjusting.
Mixing Device
The mixing device is consisted of mixing arms, scraper arms, blades and scrapers. According to different models, the mixing stars ranged from one to three. There is special designed bottom scraper and side scraper. The side scraper cleared the material on the side of the trough continuously, which has the function of self-cleaning, expect the self-cleaning, the bottom scraper also can improve the discharging speed.
The gearing system drove the mixing arms to make planetary movement, the mixing blades in the trough makes revolution and rotation movement. The scraper arms, which installed in the planetary frame, together with the scraper and gearbox to form revolution movement.
The position and angle of the mixing arms and scraper arms were adjusted before left the factory, so do not adjust them when use. When rotated, the blades and scrapers should not conflict with the liners, and the clearance should be 3-5mm. It is forbidden to use lubricant between locked bolt, washer and nut to ensure the locking force. The lock torque of mixing arms and scraper arms should not be less than 400Nm, and the screw torque for fasten bolt of the mixing blades and scrapers should not be less than 220Nm.
Mixing Trough
The mixing trough is consisted of trough body, trough chassis and high strength wear-resistant liners and tiles.
The trough body is rolled and welded from steel plate.
The trough seats with mounting holes were welded in the chassis, which can be connected with the platform.
Replaceable wear-resistant liner and tiles were fastened with the trough body by high strength sunk bolt. The liner and tiles should be replaced in time after being worn out.
Planetary mixer discharging Device
The hydraulic unit drove the cylinder to move and the solenoid valve controlled the reversing. The discharging system also has the function of manual discharging. There are special deigned sealing stripes assembled in the bottom and side of the discharging door to ensure no leakage. Each sealing stripes can be adjusted by the user.
Planetary mixer Hydraulic Unit
In this unit, the gear pump driven by the motor pumped the oil to distributing valve, then the solenoid valve drive the oil cylinder. Meanwhile the hydraulic unit equipped with manual pump allowed the door be opened in case of electric failure.
